Job title : Housing Coordinator

Location : Cincinnati, OH

• Resident Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for residents regarding housing-related inquiries, issues, and requests.
• Facilitate the resident application process, including screening, leasing, and move-in procedures.
• Address resident concerns promptly and effectively, striving to enhance satisfaction and retention rates.
• Property Maintenance:
• Coordinate routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections to uphold property standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of housing units and common areas to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of resident information, leases, maintenance requests, and other relevant documentation.
• Manage housing-related budgets, expenses, and financial transactions, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents as needed.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
