Job Title : Behavioral Health Social Worker

Job Location: Chandler, IN

Job Description:

• Knowledge of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, Rehabilitation Act, and Americans with Disabilities Act.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, emotional well-being, and social situations.
• Identify clients’ needs, strengths, and challenges through interviews, observations, and review of medical records.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.
• Offer crisis intervention and support during emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
• Prepare reports and documentation required for insurance and legal purposes.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
