Responsibilities:

Our Patient Service Specialists are well rounded and trained in all duties that are required to operate a smooth day to day operation. This role is responsible for checking patients out, reviewing the providers orders to determine the necessary treatment plan, to schedule Ultrasound appointments, and Follow up appointments for the providers to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time and most effective use of examining and treatment rooms. Other responsibilities will be greeting patients as they check in - ensures that the all demographic information is updated and collect copay and outstanding patient balance, ,
