Job Description:

Rubix Mental Health Care is seeking a friendly, polite, and engaging Mobile Medical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting our Psychiatrists and Therapists with telehealth setup and providing support in senior living and assisted living communities across Southeast Michigan.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Psychiatrists and Therapists with telehealth setup for appointments.
• Maintain updated medication lists, consent forms, and Power of Attorney (POA) information for patients.
• Perform basic medical tasks such as taking vital signs and noting any physical appearance concerns.
• Drive to senior living and assisted living communities in Southeast Michigan, (no more than 2 stops per day).

Requirements:

• Friendly, polite, and engaging demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and be self-sufficient in finding updated patient information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a medical setting preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be comfortable with technology and able to assist with telehealth setup.
