Reception duties: Insurance verification, collecting balances/copays/form fees/deductibles, download eobs, answer phones, scheduling appointments and surgeries, confirm appointments, printing notes, documenting no shows, referrals and authorizations.
Back duties: bringing patients to the rooms, vitals, med list reconciliation, typing info into the computer, ekgs, blood work, injections/immunizations, breathteks, urine dips, vision screens, inhaler and nasal irrigation demonstrations, pap assistance, ear irrigations, weight circumferences and order supplies.
