Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in a clean and orderly manner.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
- Sweep or scrub floors.
- Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
- Follow all health and safety regulations when handling food and cleaning equipment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, catering, or food service industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well with a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
