If so, Varsity Driveaway is hiring Sales Representatives to become a part of our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate should have a very strong work ethic, great attendance history and possess strong multi-tasking and organizational capabilities. Attention to detail is a must, along with an ability to communicate with various personality types. The Sales Representative will develop relationships with existing and potential clients to relocate trucks/assets across the country utilizing our highly skilled contract drivers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with both, existing and new customers through multiple forms of communication including text, phone, and email.
• Strategically bid loads and work with driver managers to minimize the cost to the driver, ensure on-time delivery and maintain company profitability goals.
• Provide daily and accurate updates of locations and ETA’s to customers to provide a top-tier level of communication.
• Work with driver managers during transports and breakdowns to keep customer informed and updated.
• Be key in growing a thriving Driveaway company and help maintain a positive culture for our staff, drivers, and customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
