Title: Microbiology Laboratory Technician

Location: Coralville, IA 52241

Duration: 0-6 Months (Possible Extensions)

Hours: M-Th 8am-7pm

Pay Rate: $22.00/Hour on W2 (All Inclusive - No Benefits)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

· Synthesize oligos on various synthesizer platforms and attach modifications utilizing various techniques.

· Cleave and deprotect oligos utilizing appropriate methods.

· Quantify and sample oligos for quality control tests.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Education:

· Associate’s (2 year) degree or comparable combination of education and experience required.

· Bachelor’s (4 year) degree preferred. Science related field preferred.

Experience:

· Proficiency in a variety of PC software programs with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Morning shift
• No weekends
