We need to hire an ambitious, hard-working project manager for residential home remodeling/improvements, residential home construction and apartment construction in central Arkansas. At least five years of experience in project management in residential home remodeling, residential home construction and apartment construction preferred. College degree in project management preferred. Will be responsible for overseeing the remodeling of approximately 30 houses per year and the planning and construction of approximately 30 to 50 houses and apartments per year. Responsibilities:

• Oversee project management and field operations
• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of home construction
• Estimate project construction costs
• Work with city officials to make sure all requirements are met
• Work with architects on designs
• Request quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
• Schedule all subcontractors
• Order all materials
• Inspect quality of all aspects of construction process
• Make sure job site stays clean

Qualifications:

• College degree in project management preferred
• Experience in project management and scheduling
• Experience in project cost estimating
• Experience in residential construction preferred
• Familiarity with real estate and subcontract agreements
• Computer experience
• Excel Spreadsheet experience
• Ability to build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
