Weare seekingaDigital Forms Technical Lead/Data Analystcommittedtodrive for the best technical solutions that the business needs to provide the best service to our customers

As Data Analyst you will be part of theGlobal Business Solutions and a key contact in that chain. You'll be pre-dominantly working with the TrueContext (formally ProntoForms) platform to program the technical aspects of each form after the form layout/flow/content has been received from the business leads and the Digital Forms Management (DFM) Program Manager.The programming scope includes connecting to data sources (Data Lake, CRMs) and developing logic to import data formatted per the technical requirements provided.You'll be applying strong problem solving skills to enhance the technical capabilities of each form to maximize process automation resulting in time savings for the business.

A 2nd key responsibility will be to work with key business resources and the Program Manager responsible for Digital Forms to strategize, design and create highly intuitive visualizations, reports, or dashboards through modern business intelligence platforms to satisfy a global standard for the business function as it pertains to TrueContext form data combined with other key data as required.This responsibility will include working with other technical resources to setup database tables to store the discrete data fields of the form results so they can be extracted for analytic purposes.

What You will do:

• Achieve and maintain a deep technical understanding of the TrueContext product/platform, along with the many possible integration points to apply optimal technical functionality to each form
• Create highly intuitive visualizations, reports, or dashboards through modern business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Analytics CRM, QlikSense or similar) based on the resulting data from TrueContext forms combined with other enterprise data as required
• Convey multi-dimensional data sets in a user-friendly way
• Lead in creating scalable and platform agnostic data models from TrueContext form data
• Leverage an analytic mindset to convert business requests into digestible and visual insights

What You will have:

• 2 years working with one of the major BI platforms
• 2 years form builder platform development experience (TrueContext/ProntoForms is a plus)
• Demonstrated ability to successfully execute on Analytic projectspertaining to Digital Forms data
• Good knowledge of one or more modern business intelligence platforms (Power BI as primary, CRM Analytics, QlikView or similar)
• Strong data storytelling/communication skills to put data into action through visualization
• Proficient in SQL/other data query languages and Tools (ex: Snowflake, Power Query or similar)
• Good understanding of dimensional data modeling
• Sound understanding of Salesforce and SAP enterprise systems

Education and Experience:

• BS in computer science, statistics, mathematics, business analytics or similar and 3 years relevant experience
• Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
• Demonstrated ability for problem solving, quantitative analysis, and critical thinkingtobreak down, visualizeand communicate complexideas with the capacity for deep-dive conversationsifneeded
• Desire to collaborate witha globalteam and build working relationships with stakeholders
