Varco Home Health and Hospice is a leading provider of healthcare services to Houston and other cities in Texas. Our team of professionals is dedicated to providing the highest quality service and support for each of our patients.
We are looking for an experienced Healthcare recruiter to support our growth. This position will be responsible for sourcing talent for multiple office locations across the state of Texas for multiple disciplines.
Job Type: Full-time Monday - Thursday
Responsibilities:

• 100% Onsite (non- remote)
• Screen and interview applicants.
• Craft job advertisements, posting and participate in the position evaluation process.
• Use creative and innovative methods to source candidates.
• Onboard candidates for PRN, Full-time and part-time roles for multiple offices.
• Participate in career fairs, industry events and social media avenues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A track record of recruitment results with 2 plus years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Healthcare, especially Home Health or Hospice recruiting experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule: able to accommodate interviews outside of normal work hours as needed.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be results driven.
• Ability to travel for recruitment interviews, meetings, and career fairs as needed.
