Residential Assistant- With a new increased wage!

The Position: We’re currently looking for a Residential Assistant in our Viroqua location. This position pays $16.00 an hour.

· We also offer an Employee Assistance Program for free and confidential mental health counseling and support services.

Requirements:

· Valid Driver’s license and up to date auto insurance

· Desire to learn to work with a very special population.

Responsibilities:

· Create a safe space while promoting independence.

· Support social interaction improvement both inside and outside their home.

· Help clients feel like their best, by teaching personal hygiene and grooming skills.

· Assists in teaching client’s everyday life skills.
