Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Process customer transactions accurately using cash registers or electronic systems
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet sales targets and goals set by the management team
- Upsell products to increase revenue
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of jewelry, electronics, or technology sales is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Bilingual proficiency is an asset
- Excellent time management skills

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Sell and educate customers on our vast line of CBD products
• Create repeat customer base
• Maintain a clean and presentable store
• Check mail daily and route to proper department
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to use and navigate the internet and other web-based programs
• Basic math skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
• Must be self-motivated and take on tasks without direction
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail with strong listening skills
• Responsible for insuring cleanliness of store on scheduled days.
• Dependable to adhere to scheduled hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
