Vantage Point Solutions, based in Mitchell, SD, has an immediate opening for a full-time sales representative in our growing Banking Division to work with financial institutions in Midwest and Eastern states. Candidates may work remotely and must be willing to travel (Preference to candidates around Eastern Iowa due to Office location).

Summary/Objective

As a sales representative in our Banking Division, the candidate will network and build relationships with current clients and potential financial institution clients. Candidates should be self-motivated, resourceful, professional, exhibit good judgement and have the ability to work independently.

• Researching and qualifying new leads and initiation of contact with potential clients
• Contacting and building relationships with local, regional, and national financial services trade groups
• Collaborating with the marketing department of Vantage Point Solutions
• Attending financial industry trade shows to generate new leads and build relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in common Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Education & Experience

A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Two or more years of sales or marketing experience is required. Ideal candidates will have experience in selling IT, Security, Audit and Consulting services. Previous financial services industry experience is strongly preferred.

Supervisory Responsibility

No direct supervisory duties.
