Position Overview:
Role Focus: Support role, more execution-oriented than leading strategy.
Responsibilities: In-app content discovery, merchandising for content, A/B testing, and scheduling content using a proprietary CMS.
Team Function: Manages how members browse and Client content.
Required Hard Skills:
Experience Needed: Publishing or media experience (books, magazines, digital publications).
Tools Familiarity: CMS experience, Adobe tools, basic code familiarity (JSON, XML, HTML).
Marketing Skills: Campaign work across platforms (email, web, app, push notifications).
A/B Testing: Experience with A/B testing, especially in marketing campaigns.
Preferred Skills:
Data Analysis: Skills in data analysis.
Project Management: Cross-functional project management.
UX Copywriting: Preferable experience in UX copywriting.

About the role:
The client Member Shopping Experience team is looking for a smart, organized, and results-oriented front-end developer with a passion for digital marketing to help customers Client their next great listen within our Desktop, Mobile Web and App platforms. This role will include A/B testing, targeting, leveraging personalization, end to end marketing project management, and leveraging automation tools to make the client shopping experience optimal and frictionless. You will also work on building editorial experiences across content formats, testing merchandising strategies and reporting, across multiple teams of stakeholders. Finally, this role will support global project management efforts, coordinating the introduction of new product features across our global marketplaces. The right candidate will demonstrate experience managing and optimizing digital campaigns, a track record of goal achievement, tireless attention to detail, and a knack for partnering effectively with other teams.
Responsibilities include:
Schedule content through our CMS across key discovery touchpoints across surfaces
Develop messaging and imagery in partnership with our internal Creative team
Test and optimize to improve our content discovery and engagement KPIs
Manage highly visible, customer-facing features with a holistic sensitivity to our multi-faceted, personalized, always-on user experience
Build promotional pages and action incentives using our proprietary tools
Set up placements in client -owned communications channels
Use data and analytics to inform campaigns, report on results, and drive innovation
Communicating and coordinating with cross functional partners globally to ensure new features are efficiently introduced to the customer experience.
Basic Qualifications
Proficient in MS Office, with demonstrated ability to pick up new/proprietary tools
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Front end development w/ focus on merchandising
Experience a/b testing on app, web, or email surfaces
Solid understanding of Web Page development/ Content Management systems
Experience with HTML, XML, PHP, CSS
Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to handle multiple projects and move quickly and proactively to deliver results
Strong analytical capability and experience managing success metrics
Experience working cross-functionally with multiple partners/stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience guiding the development of promotional creative assets
