Vantage Medical Associates is a Multi-specialty Group is looking for an Ultrasonographer in our Far Rockaway locations. The position is open for a part-time, full-time, or per diem employee. The position is outpatient based with practice primarily focused in an medical office setting. Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: - Must be dynamic, hardworking and able to multitask. Must have experience as a urodynamics technician. Interested in long term commitment. Types of studies required:

Carotid, upper and lower extremity arterial and venous, echocardiogram, abdominal /- duplex, abdominal aorta, scrotal /-duplex, male and female pelvic /- duplex, transvaginal

Performs a ultrasound testing and confirms data transfers to ultralinq pacs in a timely fashion for ordering physicians at various medical offices in Queens and Brooklyn.

Job Responsibility

• Professional, caring, and complete ultrasound studies
• Confers with attending physicians, nursing staff, and/or other care providers to ensure optimum quality of patient care as needed.
• Work to achieve efficient, cost effective, and high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to schedule guidelines and fulfill scheduled hours of work.
• Conduct meaningful discussions with patients and physicians.

Job Qualification

• Accredited Ultrasound Technician
• 3-5 Years of experience as an Ultrasound Technician
• Experience as Medical Assistant or Nurse
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
