Currently looking for a part-time property manager working in Waycross, GA to start immediately.
This position is responsible for managing one LIHTC property. We are looking for someone to come on board and quickly learn the job, process applications both effectively and expeditiously, and be flexible to the demands of a fast-paced job. This position includes but is not limited to leasing activities, unit inspections, providing tenant services, light office cleaning, and extensive record keeping (both in hard copy and electronic versions).
We are looking for an organized individual with experience in customer service and general office skills. Housing experience a plus!
This position will be part time and salary with monthly bonus potential. 30 hours per week required.
