Position Description

Vantage is seeking a thorough, analytical, initiative-driven, quick-learning colleague to complete projects to support the Finance department. This role is preferred to be in our Global Headquarters in Denver, CO. You will support the treasury, accounting and capital markets teams. The ideal candidate will be an autonomous self-starter who is capable of driving results without constant direction. You should have a professional-growth mindset and be willing to bring forth ideas that can benefit Vantage.

Essential Job Functions

• Support Vantage and be a strategic partner by providing strong administrative support for treasury, accounting and the capital markets teams.

• Work with JPM on account product set up, BACAs, and other related tasks.

• Update, coordinate, and help manage the cash forecast process.

• Organize and maintain various trackers for hedges, debt, and interest payments.

• Input payment information and transfers and perform callback procedures, as necessary.

• Coordinate payment on invoices between Accounts Payable and treasury team and maintain central repository for accounting purposes.

• Assist in-house counsel and external counsel to help with the facilitation of restructurings.

• Facilitate effective risk management as it relates to KYC/AML and ISDA Compliance for NA and be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of accounts at each financial institution during the annual KYC refresh period.

• Initiate Third Party Risk Management and Vendor Onboarding for any third-party vendor, who has not yet been onboarded.

• Be the liaison between our in-house legal team and third parties to ensure NDA's are in place prior to discussing confidential information.

• Send in-house counsel transaction legal fees for their reporting purposes in legal tracker. Update NA legal fees for budget season.

• Assist with preparing and routing signature packets for wet or electronic signatures and coordinate shipping.

• Obtain transactional closing sets post-closing and update our records accordingly.

• Coordinate site visits for investors.

• Assist with scheduling calls for treasury, accounting and the capital markets team.

• Additional duties as assigned from time to time by Management.

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in business administration, or 1-2 years of professional experience in core treasury.

• Demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail and an ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner.

• Strong written and verbal skills.

• Ability to handle fast paced mission critical transaction execution and documentation is critical.

• Impeccable integrity, credibility, character and ethics.

Additional Details

• Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 base bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)

• Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
