```Duties``` - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit - Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them - Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar - Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Provide estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval - Process invoices and handle payment transactions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a dealership or auto body repair shop - Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes - Familiarity with various automotive systems and components - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Pay: $67,200.00 - $72,704.00 per year
