Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to patients and support healthcare professionals in various medical settings.

Duties:

- Provide direct patient care in various healthcare facilities such as ICU, nursing homes, and other medical settings.
- Conduct physical examinations and health assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Assist with medical procedures including sonography and ventilator management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care and case management.
- Offer health coaching and education to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

- Valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Prior experience in patient care, preferably in ICU or nursing home settings.
- Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and providing patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to ventilate patients when necessary.
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices.
