Workday Payroll Analyst

This is a remote role requiring core Eastern or Central Time Zone work hours.

Workday Payroll Analyst Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing activities ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Audit system for accuracy; research and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
• Identify the root cause of system errors to suggest process / system improvements.
• Maintain current knowledge of US / Canadian payroll regulations.
• Assist with year-end tax and audit preparations.

Workday Payroll Analyst Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CPP or PCP a plus.
• 3 years of multi-entity / multi-state payroll processing / mapping and pay code testing experience within Workday.
• Working knowledge of HR policies (Benefits, Compensation, and Reporting).
• Tech-savvy with Workday HCM and able to serve as a subject matter expert for evaluating payroll processes / issues within the system.
• Proficiency with Kronos and / or ADP a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Salary : $70k-$85k (DOE)
