VanderHouwen is Hiring a Remote Payroll Analyst
Our nationally recognized client is looking for an analytical Payroll Analyst to support their team with upcoming projects and increased workloads. The ideal candidate is detailed and deadline-driven with a strong payroll background.
This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Beaverton, Oregon.
Payroll Analyst Qualifications
- High volume multi-state payroll experience required.
- Payroll certifications (CPP or FPC) highly preferred.
- Proficient with Workday and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Audit and update payroll and tax systems to ensure records are current and compliant.
- Review and assign wage types, symbolic accounts, and garnishments.
- Support development and implementation of efficiencies and SOPs.
- Perform system testing and monitor findings.
- Maintain knowledge of current payroll and tax regulations for multiple states.
