Organization: Physical Therapy Job Summary: Vanderbilt Tullahoma - Harton Hospital (VTHH) Rehabilitation Services provides care for all hospital inpatient units and provides outpatient clinic services in an adjacent outpatient center. Physical therapists provide evaluation, management, preservation, enhancement, or restoration of movement and physical function, impaired or threatened by disease, injury, or disability. Inpatient therapy services include orthopedic and neuro related therapies. Our outpatient therapy program includes specialties in pelvic, vestibular and lymphedema rehabilitation. VTHH nurtures an environment of learning and advancement in therapy skills. Rehabilitation Services performance improvement efforts are focused on achieving excellence in service and quality, while also achieving greater efficiency. The Epic electronic medical record system is used for documentation of care. Rehabilitation Services is staffed, according to workload requirements. This role is responsible for administering and directing appropriate Physical Therapy evaluation and treatment as prescribed by qualified physician.
