Vander Haag's Inc is Hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician Near Spencer, IA
We are currently searching for a qualified individual to serve as a Facilities Maintenance Technician.
This position will be responsible for assisting with a wide range of different projects related to the buildings and grounds. This position will work outside on a regular basis and regularly operate heavy equipment (forklift, payloader, skidsteer, etc.) depending on the requirements of the project. Working closely with the General Manager, the Facilities Maintenance Technician will identify and complete needed repairs/updates to keep facilities functional and efficient.
Qualifications: 2 - 5 years prior construction and/or building maintenance experience is preferred. Must be willing and able to perform a wide variety of construction-related tasks and projects.
Hours: Day shift hours, Monday through Friday. No evenings, weekends, or holidays required!
Compensation: Hourly rate will range from $23.00 - $30.00 per hour ($61,000 - $80,000/year) depending on experience level.
