Vancouver Clinic is seeking a Full-time and Part-time Patient Services Representatives to join our Registration department as a Float to support various locations and hours as needed .

Greet, assist, and provide excellent customer service for our patients checking in for appointments.

SCHEDULE :

Part-time (20 hours / week) : Monday and Friday, varying 10-hour shifts

Hourly compensation minimum is $17.60, hiring rate dependent on qualifications and professional experience. Base Medical, Dental, and Rx Insurance premium is 100% paid for by Vancouver Clinic for full-time employees.

Must have a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients. Responsibilities include welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co-pays, obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phones, scheduling, referrals, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.

Experience with Epic preferred.

Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.

Strong computer keyboarding skills required.

Excellent attendance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic are required

Pay Range : $16.48 - $23.07

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE / hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
