POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Leader RN provides leadership and coordinates the design, development, implementation and evaluation of the programs, services, processes, systems within responsible area; assures quality, service, and satisfaction, continuum and process improvement, efficient utilization of resources and financial performance; assures productivity standards are met.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- RN - Registered Nurse
- Years of experience: minimum 2 yrs. clinical experience
