Job Overview:

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property leasing, sales, and customer relationship management. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a key role in attracting and retaining tenants by providing exceptional customer service and showcasing property features.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and highlight key features
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals effectively
- Maintain accurate tenant files and leasing documentation
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and LIHTC guidelines
- Assist with facilities management tasks as needed
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

- Previous experience in property leasing or sales is preferred
- Experience with Realpage helpful but not necessary.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) guidelines
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
