Van Haren Dentistry is Hiring a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Near Grand Rapids, MI
Van Haren Dentistry is looking for a patient focused dental assistant team member to add to their team. The position is a full time dental assistant position. Van Haren Dentistry provides dental care for the entire family, we take pride in the comfort we provide our patients through communication and the latest dental tools and technology. Dr. Van Haren is a general dentist who also specializes in cosmetic and implant dentistry. He strives for clinical excellence and pushes his team to provide excellent customer service by building lasting relationships with patients.
The team is experienced, fun and professional. Benefits include dental services, medical insurance, a retirement plan, paid holidays and vacation time. The ideal candidate must be a true team player, have a positive attitude, enjoy building relationships with patients, be able to effectively communicate with the office team, and have a passion for continuing education.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Seating patients
- Gathering dental and medical history information
- Taking digital x-rays and intraoral pictures
- Electronically treatment planning
- Assisting with all general dentistry procedures
- Sterilization
- Helping hygienists perio-chart
Prior dental assisting experience and computer skills are REQUIRED. Hourly compensation will be based on qualifications and experience. Please apply with your resume and references.
Monday: 7:00am - 4:30pm (1 hour lunch)
Tuesday: 7:00am - 4:30pm (1 hour lunch)
Wednesday: 7:00am - 4:30pm (1 hour lunch)
Thursday: 7:00am - 3pm (1 hour lunch)

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
