Van Colen Management, LLC is Hiring a RV Technician Near Sarasota, FL

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced RV Technician to join our team. As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the repair, maintenance, and assembly of recreational vehicles. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities: - Suspend, transmit, and assemble various components of recreational vehicles - Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify and troubleshoot issues - Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections - Carry out automotive repairs including engine repairs, electrical system repairs, and HVAC system repairs - Provide tire services including installation, rotation, and balancing - Weld and fabricate metal components as needed - Inspect and repair shocks, struts, and suspension systems - Conduct air brake inspections and repairs Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as an RV Technician or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and automotive repair techniques - Proficient in using tools and equipment commonly used in RV repair shops - Ability to weld and fabricate metal components - Familiarity with air brake systems is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team We offer competitive pay based on experience along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
