Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Power-generation Equipment Repairer to join our team. As a Power-generation Equipment Repairer, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining power-generation equipment. This includes generators, engines, and related components. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on power-generation equipment - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues - Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and prevent future breakdowns - Repair or replace faulty components, such as engines, alternators, and control systems - Follow schematics and technical manuals to ensure accurate repairs - Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs - Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in vehicle maintenance, equipment repair, or a related field is preferred - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals - Proficient in using hand tools and specialized equipment - Basic electrical knowledge is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Effective communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
