- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines
- Experience with vehicle maintenance and repair, including brakes, transmissions, and engines
- Knowledge of HVAC systems in diesel vehicles
- Ability to operate a crane for lifting heavy parts or equipment
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients and address their concerns
- Familiarity with soldering techniques for electrical repairs
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive repair shop is a plus
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
