Van Becelaere Machine Works is Hiring a CNC Machinist Level I Operator (FT) Near Pittsburg, KS

Position Overview: The main focus of a CNC Machinist Level I; to learn methods that utilize manufacturing equipment to provide value added services for customers. Position that is intended to advance to a CNC Machinist Level II.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Demonstrate ability to follow safety rules.
Conducts self in professional manner.
Demonstrate abilities to follow on the job training instructions.
Monitor fluid levels of machine, and report any maintenance needed to Department Lead.
Demonstrate ability to read blue prints and inspect parts with specified measuring devices.
Complete job order documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 quality standards.
Load/unload parts in provided work holding method per setup.
Must be able to repeatably load and unload work pieces up to 50 lbs. each
Deburr parts as required.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Maintain clean work area.

GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.

Advance to a CNC Machinist Level II. Advancement to a CNC Machinist Level II requires a test with a passing score.
