We're searching for a self-assured, enthusiastic individual to join our Creative Team as our Social Media Influencer and Content Creator. This role will report directly to the CEO and involve extensive collaboration with the entire Valynt Digital team. • Hybrid role: Team is required to be in office 1-2x a week. This position will require additional days in office as needed. Also required to join events that may take place on weekends and before/after work hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

70% of Role:

• Appear on camera for social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram, creating engaging content.
• Conduct interviews with college students and "strangers" confidently, showcasing humor and charisma.
• Interact with Valynt team members for Instagram and TikTok live sessions, reflecting company culture and expertise
• Develop creative concepts for social media content, aligning with the brand's tone and marketing objectives.
• Foster genuine audience connections through interactive and entertaining social media interactions.
• Stay updated with social media trends, integrating new techniques into content strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align content strategies with overall objectives and campaigns.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor content performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
• Actively seek growth opportunities in comedic and content creation skills through workshops and training.
• Represent Valynt Digital professionally, promoting its values and services authentically both online and offline.

30% of Role:

• Write and edit social media ads and social media posts, creating SEO-friendly web copy
• Create copy for a range of clients in different industries (churches, capital raise campaigns, hospitality, etc.)
• Must have drive and intuition to research, learn and create copy for different initiatives
• Participate in planning and brand mapping meetings interfacing with multiple departments and Clients
• Brainstorm and write blog posts and short copy for banners and emails
• Create simple graphics and source images as necessary
• Manage client accounts and projects as assigned

Must-Haves:

• Demonstrated experience writing social media ads (long and short form)
• An ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A positive “roll-with-the-punches” attitude
• Willing to learn new platforms and software (industry is changing constantly)
• Must be okay being on camera for social media postings (TikTok, Instagram, etc)
• Must be comfortable talking to strangers and interviewing college students
• Must be comfortable interviewing Valynt team members for Instagram and TikTok live
• Must demonstrate ability to interview "strangers" in the interview process

Nice-To-Haves:

• Graphic design skills are a HUGE PLUS
• Understanding of paid advertisement digital marketing

• B2B and B2C experience

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
