Valued Kids is Hiring an Early Childhood Educator Near Centralia, WA

Valued Kids in Centralia, WA is looking for two high energy, Early Childhood Educators to join our team. We are located on 1613 Grand Ave. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged. Ready to sing, dance, play, be silly, and at the same time maintain order to the high energy activities going on.

Responsibilities

    *You will get to see children achieve so many milestones. Your task is to help support them as they say their first sentence, take first steps, potty train, learn to write their name, and then are ready for kindergarten. *Early childhood educators are not "babysitters" you are a role model, you teach and share, you encourage and validate. You help children's bodies and minds grow each day. *You are responsible to help children learn to respect and keep their area and toys clean and organized. You will also be responsible to clean and sanitize the room. *You are responsible to use excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to help children learn to communicate and to pass information to teammates and parents.

Qualifications

    *Experience in this field is preferred, however not essential if you have the energy, passion, and desire to love and serve children. *Background check with fingerprinting is required, you'll receive the website to do this at interview or upon request. *Clear TB test Completed within the last 12 months. (Can be done at Valley View or your physician. ) *First Aid/ CPR, Food Handlers Card, DCYF online trainings, STARS WA Basic Training. (We can help you with all of these. )

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
