Responsibilities:

As a New Home Sales Designer, you will play a key role in driving our market growth and connecting with potential customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with prospective bank pre-approved customers via Google meet, emails, and online platforms to understand their home building needs and preferences.
  • Prospecting for Realtor partners in order to build a referral network.
  • Knowing your territory and prospecting in the territory.
  • Educating customers about the USP of VBH of building their custom dream homes on their lots, including the equity-building aspect.
  • Collaborating with customers to customize home plans according to their requirements and budget.
  • Using computer tools to customize our floorplans and providing accurate and competitive pricing information to customers, demonstrating the value of choosing Value Build Homes.
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborating with the broader sales and marketing team to drive marketing initiatives and boost brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in land, new home, or realtor sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate and home building industry, especially in the Carolinas region.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment, adapting to customer needs and market changes.
  • Knowledge of home construction, architecture, or a related field is a plus.
  • CRM knowledge is preferred
  • IT and Tech experience is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay
