Team Leadership:

Lead and supervise the sales team, providing guidance and support for their daily tasks and professional growth.

Sales Support:

Assist in implementing sales strategies, tracking progress towards goals, and providing sales team support.

Customer Assistance:

Engage with customers to offer assistance, resolve inquiries, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.Operational Oversigt:

Shop Operations:

Manage and oversee daily shop operations, establish opening and closing routines, optimize shop layout and functioning for maximum profitability.

Reporting:
