24hr Part Time Keyholder required for premium denim brand. Work alongside an amazing team who strive to give each guest an amazing customer service experience. We use KPI's and store targets to work towards our bonus which is a team effort. Product training and till training will be provided. 24hrs are based over 3-5 days per week with week running Sunday-Saturday. Minimum 3 x8hr shifts required every week. Would best suit candidate who is not in school or college full time as weekday shifts is essential. 

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for daily opening/cashing up of store. 
• Be guest focused as well as KPI focused to achieve and maintain the high level of guest services that we have set in store and expect on a daily basis. KPI's will help to drive you in achieving and KPI's should be monitored during every shift. It's necessary to know where we stand day-to-day, week-to-week on KPI's 
• Be fully flexible - early openings, late closes, weekends and holiday periods. Please note; No holidays permitted from October - January
• Meet & Greet every guest within 30 seconds of entering store, provide guest with details of any and all promotions running in store. 
• Assist the manager with floor stock rotation moves and window displays. 
• General housekeeping within store. 
• Manual replenishment of stock. 
• Processing and putting away of deliveries in a timely manner. 
• Obtain guest details for CRM on every transaction. 
• Be able to drive team with positive mindset and KPI goals. 
• Assist with yearly stocktakes and preperation of same. 
• Daily end of day email as well as daily figures calculations and some light paperwork of same.
• Be flexible for an earlier start or later finish in the event of store maintenance works where we need a team member in store. 

Qualifications

Previous experience in a guest and KPI setting is essential. Have an understanding of KPI's - UPT, ATV & Conversion. These are an essential part of our day to day and how we measure our performance alongside sales. Previous experience as keyholder is desirable but not essential as all training will be provided. Candidate will ideally start during Private Sale so candidate will need to be ready to submerge into an extremely busy period and be capable of working off one's own initiative.
