Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and layouts to attract customers and enhance their shopping experience. Your keen eye for design, attention to detail, and ability to understand customer preferences will be key in driving sales and promoting our brand.

Duties:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to showcase products effectively
- Create eye-catching displays that highlight product features and promotions
- Arrange merchandise in an appealing manner to maximize visibility and accessibility
- Collaborate with store management to determine layout design and product placement
- Ensure that displays are properly stocked, organized, and maintained
- Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and identify replenishment needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and product selection
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and promotions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new merchandising opportunities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role in a retail environment
- Strong creativity and artistic skills with an eye for color, composition, and aesthetics
- Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Illustrator is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
- Cash handling experience is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.07 - $22.97 per hour

Expected hours: 17.00 – 20.00 per week
