The Visual Merchandiser is critical in ensuring we meet that goal, by implementing the visual merchandising strategy. This person creates appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store. This role reports directly to the Store Manager.

What your day will look like: • Responsible for the overall presentation of the showroom • Executes floor set changes including new and discontinued items • Managers inventory to discourage overages and shortages • Assists in fostering an energetic and positive working environment • Listens to the customers’ needs and presents possible options

What will help you succeed: • Possesses a strong sense of style and ability to create visually appealing displays • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and team members • Track record of serving others and putting team goals first • Owners’ mindset; takes ownership over everything within scope of responsibility • Proactive approach; identifies and solves problems

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
