Value Added Distributors is growing and is looking to add to their team. Value Added Distributors is looking for a driven, hardworking, and enthusiastic Delivery Driver - Inventory Associate to join their team of experts at their Chambersburg, PA location. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 6:30am - 3:00pm. Salary range is around $17 per hour. This position reports to the Production Manager/Production Lead and will assist in the day to day inventory control activities.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities for the Delivery Driver - Inventory Associate:

• Deliver customer orders via 25 foot box truck.
• Pull and deliver product to the proper inventory location, department or personnel.
• Stocking incoming products onto shelves.
• Picking and pulling of parts to job specifications.
• Cycle counting.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and flow of product to the production floor.
• Support continuous improvement and quality objectives.
• Adhere to established company policies and procedures. 
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for the Delivery Driver - Inventory Associate:

• Must have a valid Drivers License and insurable driving record.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Attention to detail: Accuracy counts. 
• Experience entering data into computers.
• Ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
• Ability to use and read tape measures and digital calipers.
• Ability to work quickly, high degree of accuracy and independently in a fast-paced environment.
