Now hiring experienced Restaurant General Managers for The Croft Restaurant, a casual dining breakfast, lunch and dinner venue;
and for The Auld Alliance, an upscale Specialty concept. Both restaurants serve fine wines and craft cocktails and offer an amazing view of Lookout Mountain!
This new luxury hotel sits within the McLemore resort atop Lookout Mountain, Georgia and offers incredible mountain vistas and stunning views of McLemore Cove.
In addition to hotel amenities, guests enjoy two world-class golf courses, hiking trails, a par 3 short course and stunning mountain / top clubhouse, restaurant and pro shop.
Skills and Requirements
- Current experience as a restaurant General Manager in a full-service upscale setting
- Strong beverage knowledge
- Excellent guest service standards
- Hotel background is a plus
- Experience with training and developing others
