Our mission is to change consumers relationship with their energy bill from a necessary evil– to something that can be controlled. We do this educate customers on the most effective ways to control your energy bill: produce the power yourself.

Role Summary:

The Solar Consultant is responsible for visiting customers in their homes and educating them on residential solar. The Solar Consultant will visit appointments and company leads assigned, as well as generate appointments through their own means.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in account management and/or internal operations, minimum 2 years of experience; college degree preferred
  • Proven track record of top performance in previous roles
  • Proven ability to enhance operational efficacy and efficiency
  • Comfort engaging directly with customers, including problem solving and retention conversations
  • Competitive spirit, with experience contributing to team culture, including positivity, high performance, ownership, teamwork, and accountability
  • Must have strong sense of what “world class customer experience” means with ability to drive execution against that goal, personally and with your team
  • Ability to pivot quickly and adapt to change
  • Highly motivated self-starter with friendly personality
  • Strong time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, in person, over the phone, and written
  • Be willing to learn internal project manager software
  • Ability to work on site in Liberty, MO preferred
  • Learn new sales techniques and applying them to your customer approach, and attend team meetings to set sales targets, forecasts and goals.
  • Accurately process customer transactions, including orders and quotes
  • Follow company and departmental policies regarding conduct and employee performance
  • Other related duties as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
