MISSION OF THE POSITION

As a key member of our team for La Maison Valmont Beverly Hills, you will report directly to the Boutique Director, providing comprehensive support to both front and back-of-house teams.

Your enthusiasm for the brand will shine through as you create memorable moments that captivate our clientele.

TASKS & DUTIES

• Serve as the embodiment of the Valmont brand, ensuring each client interaction delivers memorable moments.
• Identify the customer needs and recommend our skincare products based on their concerns.
• Act as a brand ambassador and communicate accordingly.
• Cultivate and nurture client relationships to surpass commercial targets and build a loyal client base.
• Contribute to the achievement of the store commercial targets.
• Demonstrate curiosity and discovery to convert clients and drive sales.
• Accurately capture and manage client data to elevate the in-store experience.
• Assist with client hospitality, treatment room turnover and various elements of the store operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-focused roles.
• Coming with a book of clients is a strong asset.
• Experience in beauty and / or skincare is a requirement.
• Flexibility to work varying retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in POS systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Fluent in English, other language is an asset.

The candidate will be offered an hourly rate ranging from USD $26-$30 and commissions.
