Apply your expertise in our industry leading team of automation professionals. In this role you will Create modern user interfaces in Angular and .NET with emphasis on correct data handling. Write code for the core retrieval engine based on .NET technologies. Review product functional specifications and make suggestions for improvement. Assist with technical support in resolving customer product issues. Design, develop and code user interfaces for multiple software products. Document code and author help files for end users. Write testing requirements. Consult with field engineers to problem-solve software issues and suggest solutions. Participate in design reviews, project planning and scheduling. Consults with other developers to develop an integrated and efficient design. Maintain good quality code through component testing and response to integration testing. Perform other miscellaneous duties and/or other special projects as required. To be an excellent match, the following skills and abilities are considered an advantage: 5 years web development experience. Experience with Angular, Typescript, JSON, REST API’s. Experience with ASP.NET, C#.NET, SQL Experience with n-tier architecture Industry experience in process control would be desirable. Manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Work in environment with international objectives. Self-directed and motivated. Ability to work remotely, sometimes with minimal direction. Take initiative to identify and anticipate customer needs and make recommendations for implementation. Expectations The incumbent must meet these requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in software development. Competence in understanding mathematical and engineering concepts. Working knowledge of programming technologies and of working in a distributed team environment. Must have experience with modern user interface design and development. Hybrid working environment with 5% travel, or remote with 25% travel including international. Flexibility with respect to work location will be considered. Fluent in written and spoken English.
