Valleywide Home Care is a growing company that is seeking experienced and motivated applicants for PHC Supervisor. We are looking for a motivated Full-Time PHC Supervisor that will love to be part of a team that provides excellent compassionate quality services. The ideal candidate is a professional team player, reliable, compassionate, responsible, has strong contacts and experienced in the Home Care industry.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience: PHC Supervisory experience required.

Education: Supervisor must have completed two years of full time study at an accredited college or university, or may have a high school diploma or GED and substitute of year of full time employment in a supervisory capacity in a health care facility.

Transportation: Reliable transportation. Valid and current driver license and auto liability insurance

Responsibilities and Duties - PHC Supervisor

• Hiring/training Providers
• Performing admissions
• Driving to client's homes, performing evaluations
• Performing Supervisory/Complaint visits
• Training attendants on Vesta App
• Completing provider orientations
• Completing client/provider charts
• Ensuring services are being rendered in full compliance of Agency and Contract regulations and standards
• Reporting to Administrator
• Working well with other employees to complete tasks
• Able to lead a team of employees and give direction
• Must have excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
• Must have experience with Vesta program

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
