Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Processes all new Partner Banking clients, including but not limited to onboarding into multiple systems, exposure structures, testing for payment and file processing formats.
• Prepare effective internal documentation of Partner Banking processing ensuring Nacha and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems and act promptly to resolve issues internally or with stakeholders such as Credit Risk or Compliance.
• Assist with delivering monthly reporting requirements with stakeholders, including ensuring bank-mandated reporting is shared with Partner Banking Teams as well as Executive Board Reporting.
• Assist with creation of monthly billing requirements with XAA Team.
• Reports any client issues related to the program, including payment processing and / or Nacha issues that need to be resolved.
• Respond to internal and external stakeholders needs in a timely fashion.
• Provide reports of information as required.
• Helps facilitate partner implementation into Partner Banking tools.
• Helps ensure a continuous uninterrupted partner lifecycle from testing through the length of the relationship with the bank.

Requirements

Required Skills :

• Demonstrated ability to develop & execute on ACH processing & program development.
• The ability to build productive relationships with cross-functional teams, both internally and with Partners.
• Highly reliable, communicative, and responsive in a consistently timely manner.
• The drive and ability to work independently and remotely (as needed).
• A cultural fit and the ability to collaborate with / navigate all areas of a large financial organization.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow
• Excellent communication skills.

Required Experience :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with ACH processing (., ACH Tracker, onboarding clients, .
• Minimums of 5 years working in banking
• AAP Accredited ACH Professional (within two years of job acceptance)

Preferred Experience :

• ARPR, NCP
