- Collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
- Scheduling interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Corresponding with candidates to answer any question in a timely manner for any updates on the status of their application.
- Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensuring the accuracy of candidate data.
- Serving as the main contact for the onboarding process for new hires, including distribute recruitment-related documents, such as clearances, drug tests, physicals, and other new hire paperwork.
- Associate degree in Human Resources or other related degree and/or at least three years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator/HR Administrative assistant or a combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Ability to occasionally travel to different work locations
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.Experience using professional social networks (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite of products
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
- The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, and reach with hands and arms and sit for prolonged periods at a desk, working on a computer.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to navigate stairs on occasion - not all locations are ADA-compliant. The position requires travel up to 15% of the time to different offices and recruitment-related events.
