WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

* 1. Supervise and oversee preschool staff and all operations of the preschool departments

* 2. Develop and implement innovative approaches to promoting preschool programs

* 3. Maintain licensing requirements and guidelines at all times

Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

* 1. Minimum age of 21

* 2. A passion for working with youth

* 3. YMCA Team Leader Certification preferred

* 4. Current fingerprint clerance card and negative TB or the ability to obtain.

* 5. Minimum of 3 years qualifying experience in child care field and 6 credit hours in the child care field or 60 documented trainig hours.

* 6. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
