- Running MD Clinic
- Prepping for MD Clinic
- Scan (CT, MRI, U/S) Prior Authorizations
- Triaging of patient phone calls
- Gathering Medical Records for new patients and established patients
- Scheduling appointments - Follow-ups, procedures, scans etc..
- Reviewing test results and plan of care with patients
- Assist with office flow and tasks
- Helping with coverage
- Calling insurance companies for imaging Prior Authorization
- Using insurance portals for imaging Prior Authorization
- Coordinating imaging with nurse and surgery coordinator
- Other duties as assigned
- Travel to our Lehi office 2 times/month is required, all other shifts will be at our St. Marks location
Schedule will be Monday-Friday
- Mondays and Fridays will be mandatory clinic days where you will be in office seeing patient - hours 8:00am to 6:00pm.
- Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays will be more flexible on hours and will be days to come in get prior authorization for scans, schedule patients scans, answer phone calls, schedule patient appt, prep clinic for Dr. Hunn, Calling patient to see if they have had recent imaging or where their medical records are, requesting medical records and scanning records into patient chart.
- Nights, weekends and major holidays off.
