Job Summary:
Coordinates nursing professional development, training and monitors compliance in the Department of Nursing. Nurse educators are critical players in strengthening the nursing workforce and assuring evidence-based practice.
Must foster a culture of patient and family centered care, service, quality and safety excellence, while improving patient experience, employee experience and community relations.
Travel is required.

Work is performed in an office environment within medical clinic
Blood/Fluid Exposure Risk:X Category I: Tasks routinely involve a potential for mucous membrane or skin contact exposure to blood, fluids or tissue. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE), when appropriate, is required
Pay Range: Hourly – Min: $22.15– Max: $28.05 (based on qualifications and experience)
